Awesome Experience
Saturday was an amazing experience, at first i was a little upset that i was up at 8 oclock in the morning on a Saturday. But after we started to make some progress on the yard at 1107 South 5th i was very happy that i have been a part of this learning experience. We might not have cleaned Atchison like we could have but i know i feel good about what we accomplished as a group and as a community.

Its good to see that someone else feels the same way that I do. There was nothing better than seeing how happy these people were with the work that we did. We may have not made a huge difference to Atchison as a whole, but we really brought some joy to these people!
I am very proud that you were able to see that the small details make a big impact. It is the little things that we all take for granted, like flowers and a clean house, that mean so much to others. Great job!
8AM is not so bad when you get to help people!
